William Denver is an experienced trial attorney who lives and works in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Denver's clients have, to date, secured judgments for over a billion dollars in past and future costs.
Before founding The Denver Law Firm in Red Bank, New Jersey, Mr. Denver was a partner in an AmLaw 100 firm in New York. His litigation group was recognized as a national practice leader by Chambers. Mr. Denver began his career as law clerk for the Honorable Herman Michels (past Chief Judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division). He then worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. While there, Mr. Denver handled hundreds of criminal cases and conducted numerous trials to verdict. He also coordinated wire tap investigations of international drug gangs and one of his investigation teams seized over $3.5 million in cash in a single day.
In 2018 Mr. Denver was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve a four year term on the District Ethics Committee for District IX. Mr. Denver was also chosen to serve as the Chair of the New Jersey State Bar - Solo and Small Firm Section for the May 2020-May 2021 term.
