​Business & Employment Disputes/Breach of Contract

• Represented a health care company in arbitration against a billing company, securing award in favor of client on an early motion which resulted in the payment of costs and fees to client.

• Represented a minority shareholder in a dispute with corporation; prepared motion which secured payment of client's defense fees and costs by adversary. Later settled the litigation on extremely favorable terms after defeating numerous motions brought by opposing counsel.

• Represented Monmouth County company which sought control of its website from vendor and was able to help secure website within one week of retention

• Represented a mental health professional in dispute with billing company and secured favorable settlement on terms set by client.

• Handled a number of disputes between co-signatories to loan documents 

Consumer Fraud/Contractor Breach of Contract & Fraud Claims

• Representing client who lifted home after Superstorm Sandy and then had his home seriously damaged by various contractors.  Successfully settled claims against nine contractors, client is rebuilding and proceeding to trial against remaining contractor. 

• Represented NYC building owner facing claim from public entity for defective contractor work.  The firm convinced the public entity to withdraw claim against building owner. 

• Represented a Monmouth County homeowner victimized by defective work performed by two contractors.  The Denver Law Firm sued the contractors in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for breach of contract and violations of the Consumer Fraud Act and was able to secure a significant settlement from each contractor.  

• Represented a New Jersey homeowner who had paid for driveway and walkway upgrades but the work was done sloppily and not completed.  The Firm secured an agreement from the contractor to return to the site and to fix and complete the work to the homeowner's complete satisfaction.

• Represented contractor and assisted in resolution of claims within less than a week

• The Firm serves as outside general counsel for another law firm. 

• Conducted internal investigation for defense contractor and settled related claims.

• Managed hundreds of felony cases and conducted numerous felony trials to verdict.
